Free Living Will Kit
Make Your Wishes Known

While many people may have heard the term “Living Will,” many might not have understood what it meant before the Terry Schiavo case. A Living Will is simply making your wishes known. Terry was removed from artificial life support after a court order and died following one of the nation’s most bitter, and highly publicized, right-to-die disputes.

Terry Schiavo didn’t have a Living Will, and no matter what side of the debate you are on, we can all agree that had she signed a Living Will, this tragedy would have been avoided because there would have been a written record of her wishes.

To prevent a similar situation from happening to you, Indiana Memorial Group has created a free Living Will Kit, which contains important legal documents that let you specify whether or not you want to be kept on artificial life support if death is imminent, or a state of coma becomes permanent. Your free Living Will Kit contains everything you need to make sure your wishes are known.
